Manufacturer’s Installation and Operating Manuals (IOMs)
Installation Permits and Inspection Reports
Equipment Testing, Balancing and Start-up Reports
Maintenance Information:
General Maintenance Tasks and Schedules (written by SCORE Manuals)
Recommended Spare Parts, including filter list and belts list (written by SCORE Manuals)
Project Contact List, including Consultants, Contractors, and Equipment Suppliers (written by SCORE Manuals)
Tags and Directories, including valve tag lists or electrical panel directories
Contractor Warranty Letter(s)
